The Friends of Nevada Wilderness Summer Conservation Program Assistant will inspire interest, appreciation and stewardship of public lands across Nevada. This position is a 300 hour, 40 hours . Schedule is Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am-4:00 pm Hours and days may vary. Summer Naturalists will deliver and assist with planning, coordination, and outreach of all Nevada Outdoor School educational programs including field trips, summer camps, special events, classroom lessons, and Outdoor Ethics. Training will be offered to the member and CPR training. Selected candidate will receive a stipend $1229.16 per month and upon successfully completion the member will receive an Education Award $1,289.95.

AmeriCorps Project Repair Leader measure their time with Rebuilding Together in the number of grab bars installed and injuries from falls prevented, weatherization projects completed and utility bills lowered, and wheelchairs ramps built and independence restored. They complete hands-on repairs as part of prep work or punch list for a project day.
