Board Positions	Board Member – Marketing/Events We are looking for a person who has a passion for helping Senior Citizen to serve as a Board of Trustees for Helping Hands of Vegas Valley. During the recent pandemic our agency has had great growth. We are looking for someone who would like to help us develop a Marketing and Fundraising plan to continue that growth. Experience in using Social Media to promote a business and/or cause is helpful. Board Member – Governance We are looking for a person who has a passion for helping Senior Citizen to serve as a Board of Trustees for Helping Hands of Vegas Valley. During the recent pandemic our agency grew from 25 employees to 36 employees, however we lost some key Board Members. We are looking for someone who enjoys the Governance aspect of Board Service and can help us to create policies and procedures for this new committee on the HHOVV Board of Trustees. Board Member Board of Trustee's are critical to the effectiveness of Helping Hands of Vegas Valley, both as advocates for the senior citizens our network serves and stewards of the organization’s resources. Helping Hands of Vegas Valley Board of Directors provides oversight and assures the organization remains focused on its mission while remaining consistent and in compliance with the organization’s Bylaws.

Ways to help	Food Pantry Delivery Deliver food and paper goods to senior client's homes. Monthly 21+, 55+, Adults, Child with Adult Individuals, Families Physical On-site Weekends

How you help	We provide food pantry services, transportation services to and from medical appointments and small shopping trips, minor home repairs and maintenance services, and respite care vouchers to caretakers of senior citizens and those diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

About us	Established in 2000, Helping Hands of Vegas Valley is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission to provide free, assistive services to senior citizens in Southern Nevada, allowing them to maintain their dignity and independence while improving health and daily living.
