How you helpThere are many ways to help our homeless and low-income community members and at the Nevada Homeless Alliance, we work to provide support and connection to services with the help of our volunteers. Volunteers can help by signing-up to provide support at our Connect events throughout the year, hold an item drive for distribution at our Connect events, or support the Nevada Homeless Alliance with data-basing support. Our Connect events are successful in connecting our homeless and low-income neighbors with the services they need, in big part because volunteers like you!
About usThe Nevada Homeless Alliance leads the coordination of Connect events. Services offered at Project Homeless Connect (PHC), Family Connect and Pop-up PHC events include housing, medical, dental, and vision care, behavioral health care, job readiness, family resources, food resources, legal and court assistance, general community assistance, pet care, and more. The Nevada Homeless Alliance has convened community partners in the planning and execution of 25 PHC events and over the past five years alone, these events have assisted over 15,000 individuals experiencing homelessness in accessing vital resources and services.
