You will promote NFTC services and recruit volunteers in your community.
You will manage computer equipment, ensure taxpayer data is secured and provide technical assistance to volunteers at multiple sites.
You will greet taxpayers, help organize their paperwork and manage the overall flow of service.

We host service opportunities at the church multiple times throughout the year. We serve at the local resource center in downtown truckee; we walk the streets of Reno handing out care packages to those experiencing homelessness; and we participate in much more! To work with community members experiencing crisis, our volunteers must complete Crisis Intervention Training (CIT). We offer a 69-hour training in the spring and fall to provide community members with tools needed to help those experiencing domestic/intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and child abuse.
