Join NFTC this Tax Season to make a difference in your community. Our VITA sites are a fun, easy way to learn to prepare income taxes while giving back to your community. VITA sites are led by local volunteer leaders and focus on supporting our neighbors with a free personalized tax assistance experience that is enriching and fulfilling not only for them but for us.

Are you a people person? Be a client facilitator. You will greet taxpayers, help organize their paperwork and manage the overall flow of service.

Are you a geek? Be a technological coordinator. You will manage computer equipment, ensure taxpayer data is secured and provide technical assistance to volunteers at multiple sites.

Do you love marketing? Be a communications coordinator. You will promote NFTC services and recruit volunteers in your community.

Do you have a passion for leading? Be an administrative volunteer. Manage VITA sites, make sure everything runs smoothly, track volunteer assignments and site activities, and maintain quality control.

Do you speak a second language? We need you.

We have a big demand for bilingual speakers in all roles.

We also have a need for dedicated interpreters who can assist other volunteers.
