Ways to help	Volunteer to clean up a Washoe County Park as a group Whether you are part of a neighborhood association, school group, business, or other community organization - we can use your help! Spend a few hours either on a project or by helping out with general park cleanup and maintenance. Our staff will work with you to provide direction and will loan you the necessary supplies, tools, and safety equipment to get the job done. One-time, Occasional Children, Teens, 55+, Adults, Child with Adult Groups (2-10), Groups (10+), Corporate Teams, Families Physical, Outdoor None Weekdays, Weekends

How you help	Volunteers provide hands-on assistance in keeping our parks clean, attractive, and safe for everyone to enjoy.

About us	Washoe County manages over 12,000 acres including over 10,000 acres of open space, 49 parks, an Arboretum, developed trails, trailheads, athletic fields, a pool and two water parks, a campground, a shooting facility, an archery facility, a museum, and much more!
