Ways you can help include: helping at reception and cash tables at events, inviting friends to fundraising events, selling raffle tickets at events, providing snacks for the break room for Festival musicians, helping with CD sales and signings at concerts, bringing friends to concerts, and organizing food for the contestants and judges at the College Concerto Competition. |

| About us | In 1976, a group of RCO enthusiasts came forward to form the organization’s first Board of Directors, and the Orchestra started to present a regular season of concerts. Audiences continued to grow, as did the Orchestra’s reputation in the community. Among the RCO’s many educational efforts is the College Concerto Competition. Open to students attending Nevada institutions of higher learning or Nevada residents who are studying out-of-state, the College Concerto Competition is the only one of its kind in Nevada. |
