EDUCATION CLASSES AND SUPPORT GROUP LEADERS

Requirements: - Complete application and interview, - Complete classes and training as needed for the specific program or support group, - Depending on the program or support group, there is a number of sessions that leaders are required to complete, - Willingness to share personal experience, - Act in a responsible manner, - Remain organized, - Ability to use PowerPoint and other programs to present materialsResponsibilities: - Work collaboratively with other program volunteers and program coordinator, - Respect privacy/confidentiality of participants (break when danger of harm), - Comply with refresher requirements

Requirements: - Complete supplemental application and interview, - Complete training as needed, - Complete 3 presentations a year, - Feel comfortable presenting in front of groups, - Complete blended online and in-person training, - Paid NAMI MembershipResponsibilities: - Work cooperatively with a co-presenter, - Gather materials from NAMI SNV office and return them promptly, - Reporting from and audience evaluations, - Ensure accurate information on availability
