About us | Assistance League was the first nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonsectarian organization founded in the West to recognize the potential of volunteers in helping those less fortunate to a better, more meaningful life. The philanthropic programs focus on children, seniors, veterans and victims of sexual assault. Each program was developed over time in response to meet a specific need in the community. Assistance League of Reno-Sparks is able to operate and fund the programs through generous donations and proceeds generated by the Thrift Shop and private donations. |
