We need volunteer face painters, activity host and greeters for our Family Farm Festival, Airshow & Family Festival, Daddy & Me Night’s.
Fundraising Committee volunteers are a social group who engage people in the community in our work. Committee members plan our museum tours that showcase our work, and plan and host our annual fundraising breakfast or lunch in November.
Exhibits Committee volunteers are grandparents, parents and community members who create and build custom exhibits unique to KidZone Museum. The hand crafted exhibits are filled with play that helps a child’s social, physical, cognitive and creative development.
Family Room hosts will provide a welcoming face to families using the room. Duties will include checking families in, giving tours of the room, performing simple administrative tasks, light housekeeping and keeping the kitchenette stocked. The Ronald McDonald Family Room® is open 9:00am-9:00pm, with three, 4 hour shifts per day.
Create a wonderful home cooked meal for our families, right in the House kitchen. We have a fully equipped kitchen, just decide on your menu, purchase the ingredients and then prepare them in our kitchen. Dinner can be scheduled any day of the year. This is a great group activity for up to 10 people.

There are various ways that volunteers can help including: assisting various departments with clerical duties and other tasks, delivering mail and flowers to patients and staff, assisting with patient discharge, assisting with providing a warm welcome at one of our information desks, or visiting with patients and circulating books, magazines, videos, playing cards and puzzles…
We have several special volunteers with four legs instead of two! The healing power of a visit from a furry friend is demonstrated through our pet therapy program, which began in 1997. Our many registered and certified pet therapy dogs visit patients at various Renown locations and you could become a part of the team.
From time to time, the Food Bank needs help with mailings, database management, courtesy calls and other clerical duties in our offices. Administrative volunteers are recruited on an as-needed basis. Please let us know if you’d like to be added to our list of administrative volunteers.
