YAH host multiple special events throughout the year. For each of these, we usually have a need for volunteers to assist with setup and cleanup. GTSF typically hosts two to four distribution events per month during the calendar school year. All individual volunteer registration with our organization is done through a digital portal which is featured in each volunteer call email. The best way to volunteer is to “JOIN OUR CONTACT LIST” by simply adding your email address.
Activities include: Special Events (assist during holidays, lead a craft project, creating events for the children), Cleaning, Assisting with Pre-K, and Tutoring
Off-Site Fundraising Activities (third party events) and Assist Volunteer Department (administrative tasks such as data entry, press kits, etc)
Provide A Meal (catering and/or delivery by truck for up to 250 people).
Receptionist Duties (sort mail, answer phones, scheduling, etc) or Grounds/Repairs (painting, landscaping, cleaning).
