Hospitals and clinics are welcome to join our network so that we know whom to call when we have a case in your community. In addition, we are looking for volunteer veterinarians and tech assistants to go to places where the homeless congregate and administer veterinary care to pets of the homeless.

We can always use office assistance, if you live near our headquarter offices, in Carson City, Nevada.

The academy will teach you the five Emotional First Aid skills of reaching out, protecting, reassuring, organizing and reinforcing. It is taught with the help of rescue personnel and mental health professionals. Becoming a volunteer requires the 36 hours of training, a three-month field-training program, plus mandatory 3-hour continued education classes once per month.

Get Outdoors Nevada coordinates and provides supplies for volunteer events resulting in the beautification and improvement of outdoor spaces, such as urban trails, parks and public lands. Everyone is welcome to participate by volunteering or through donations.
