Help to hang exhibits, work on artists receptions, work as a docent, work on cataloguing exhibit slides.

Plan and coordinate workshops for young artists, coordinate resident artiest to give workshops, develop programs in multicultural education, planning and organizing workshops for Art Educators, creating educational materials on current exhibits.

Working on advertising and marketing of the Gallery, put together mailing rosters, work on newsletter, assist with website.

Identifying funders, making presentations on behalf of the gallery, networking with funding agencies, phone calls and letter correspondence, help write the grants.

Guides take part in the outings and oversee the scheduled activities and meetings with Mentors and Ambassadors.

Our Homework Help & Tutoring Program provides after-school tutoring in all subjects to students’ grades K-12 at libraries, schools, and community centers. Our tutors and aides are typically comprised of teachers, school support staff, college students, and persons with a background in education or childhood development.
