Supports historic buildings preservation with ongoing efforts including carpentry, masonry, painting, electrical, plumbing, glass, rodent control; proof of expertise in these areas is required. Includes use, cleaning and maintenance of the shop, tools, equipment and supplies provided by Tahoe Heritage Foundation and USFS.
Welcome visitors and present the interpretative stories of the Pope Estate boathouse, boats and other objects through talks, video and other interactions. Work alongside and support interpretative staff and volunteers.
Provides direct visitor service in the Gift Shop and supports retail sales, merchandising and display efforts.
