Donation	We strive for 100% board giving, but have no strict guidelines around financial contributions.

Requirements	General board responsibilities include: Commit to a 2 year term Attend annual board retreat Pay annual board membership dues of $100 (in the form of a donation to the organization) Establish organizational policies and evaluation procedures Participate in board development activities and ongoing evaluation efforts Regularly attend and participate in scheduled monthly board meetings Attend and participate in events and programs Represent The Remissionaries to the public, businesses, government officials, and the community at large

On-boarding	This is a volunteer role description. The Remissionaries board is a working board. Board members may take on director roles to further support the organization’s operations and mission. The above list of responsibilities is not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive but should provide a reasonable scope of the work. The board member in this role is also given room to further define the role as they develop in it.
