Our board | The board of the Las Vegas Council of the Boy Scouts of America provides fiduciary oversight for the activities of the council in accordance with the bylaws of the organization. |

Position | Help brainstorm new events and provide oversight to existing events, as well as think outside the box with respect to resource development, to help secure the future for more Scouts in the Las Vegas region. |

Donation | We require a specific amount of “give or get” for all board members. |

Requirements | The board of the Las Vegas Council of the Boy Scouts of America typically meets six times annually, along with an annual meeting. Members of the board join the BSA, and take part in all required trainings, including the nation's most stringent youth-protection training. |

On-boarding | Members of the board will meet with the Scout Executive/CEO prior to beginning their term, and will receive orientation as part of the onboarding process. |
