|Our mission is to provide a supportive environment, which encourages students to connect their knowledge to the real world through inquiry-based learning and differentiated instruction.
|The School is a nonprofit corporation organized under Chapter 82 of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS). Unless otherwise provided in the Articles of Incorporation or in the Bylaws, the Corporation may exercise any power or authority conferred on nonprofit public benefit corporations by law. Further, the School is a charter school pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 386.527 sponsored by the Washoe County School District. The Governing Board of the School is an independent body under the authorization of the Board of Trustees of the Washoe County School District. The Board plans and directs all aspects of the school’s operations; it maintains a school Charter and takes steps necessary to ensure the continuity and well-being of the school consistent with the mission stated in the Charter.
|A person who possesses knowledge and experience in accounting and/or financial services;
|5:30 pm on a weeknight. Board will meet at least once per quarter. Calendar and schedule is set with member input.
