Patient Communication

Volunteers in Medicine of Southern Nevada is committed to serving our community throughout this unprecedented event. We have been working on enhancements within the office to manage infection control prior to fully reopening, and are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.

All medical staff is working at the clinic for normal business hours fielding phone calls, filling prescriptions, triaging patient needs and seeing patients needing care on Wednesdays and Thursdays only. Patients will be screened outside for symptoms prior to entering the clinic. We are asking all volunteers to not attend scheduled clinic hours at this time to aid in minimizing exposure to them, our patients and staff.

VMSN is a vital resource in our community and from the start of this crisis, we have been evaluating various options to be able to serve as many people with as many of our services as possible. We are implementing telehealth technology to be utilized for a limited time allowing for patients to still see their provider without having to come to the clinic, when appropriate.

Paradise Park Clinic – CLOSED

Ruffin Family Clinic – Open Tuesday from 12pm-7:30pm and Friday 9am-4:30pm (Closed during lunch hour Tuesday 4pm-4:30pm Friday 12:30pm-1pm)
