When Abel became part of our family at 7 months old, he was behind in his developmental milestones. The individualized, one-on-one programs that Capability Health has provided him have been extremely helpful not only to Abel’s development, but as first time adoptive parents, it has been a huge help for us in navigating our new role as parents. I love that we leave each appointment with easy, fun tasks for us to do with him over the next month. This makes reaching these goals a playful bonding experience, not just “homework.” Working alongside Capability Health, Abel is now meeting and in some cases exceeding his developmental goals!
Capability Health has provided an amazing team of professionals that have treated us as friends, not just clients. I know they are just a text away not only to help with specific situations outside of our regular appointments but to also help us celebrate Abel’s accomplishments in real time. When Abel does something that we have been working with the therapists on, I get so excited to send them a photo or video showing them! We are so excited to continue our partnership with Capability Health. So much so, that when we found out Abel had a little sister, one of the first calls we made was to get her in the program as well! Thank you for your continued support of our family!
