Outreach ManagerAs the Outreach Manager, you are responsible for the planning, analysis, execution and implementation of outreach strategies and leading a team of Outreach Coordinators and Community Ambassadors to develop connections and enhance the Saving Jane platform.Grant Writing ConsultantThe Grant Writer Consultant will provide guidance to partner agencies and organizations to assist them with funding for the Fellowship of Strangers programs. We are developing a graphic novel series designed as a success guide for foster kids, and it is our goal to provide this important (and entertaining!) tool to all tweens/teens in the foster care system. Duties will involve collection and submission of grant requests, gather proposal information by identifying sources of information , establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with contacts and network , conduct required research and maintain a calendar of submissions and deadlines. The grant writer consultant may provide these inputs to Saving Jane directly, to Saving Jane partners, or in the form of guides, templates, toolkits for partner organizations.Community AmbassadorDuties will involve developing, facilitating and implementing activities like special events, programs, and presentations, building strategic relationships with agencies, individuals and other relevant organizations, establish and maintain relationships with community contacts, and conduct a variety of outreach activities within the community.Workshop LeaderAs a Workshop Leader, you are responsible for leading and taking charge of workshops and presenting them to community groups , schools and other relevant organizations on request. Duties will involve conducting and presenting workshops and presentations and educating the audience , gathering feedback and evaluation after the workshop , networking with local schools and communities to inform them about the workshops , establishing and maintaining relationships with community contacts , and any other duties required by the organization. Ideal Workshop Leader candidates will have background experience related to foster care.Prevention Education VolunteerAs a member of our education team, you will develop and evaluate an innovative education program designed to empower young people in the foster care system and connect with youth organizations and foster parent organizations to share this engaging and educational story. Your responsibilities as an educator involve all aspects of instruction, from the guides to the teaching methods. You are also involved in staff training programs, whether working with a group or one-on-one to teach instructional techniques. That makes excellent interpersonal skills essential for success in this position.Social Media Account AdministratorYou will help create innovative and brand-based content. Execute a regular publishing schedule, publish, and promote content; and create and implement plan-specific content based on the platform. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a social media account. |
