Liaison [Re]Builder |
Main contact with the homeowner pre and post project (via phone, email and postal mail). Duties include:
- Homeowner intake interview to determine eligibility
- Communicating project expectations to the homeowner and collecting appropriate documentation
- Communicating project needs to the Home Projects Committee
- Setting appointments with homeowner for assessment visits and contractor work as needed
- Updating and closing homeowner/project record in Salesforce as applicable

Skilled [Re]Builder |
Skilled volunteer services, such as:
- Home Projects Volunteers: Â Volunteers with specific skills/experience that will support RTNNV Home Projects Director with general repair projects inside the home
- Newsletter Volunteer: Â Create newsletter on a quarterly basis with input from committees
- Social Media Volunteer: Â Create posts and blog content on social media channels
- Grant Writer: Â Submit grant applications to secure funding as requested by the Resource Committee

Specialized [Re]Builder |
Bookkeeping volunteer (anticipate this volunteer would join Finance Committee)
- Licensed contractor volunteers: Provide critical repairs on a volunteer basis

Administrative [Re]Builder |
Multiple opportunities for administrative volunteer support on an as-needed basis, including:
- Mailings
- Data entry into Salesforce tracking system
- Fundraising event support
- Inventory tracking
- Other duties as needed

Beautification [Re]Builder |
General volunteer service (no specific skills required). Beautification volunteers will participate in group projects that involve outdoor activities. These projects take place a few times per year and include:
- Landscaping
- House painting
- General property cleanup
- General outdoor repairs

Board / Committee  [Re]Builder |
Board and committee member opportunities are available, including:
- Marketing Committee Chair (new committee): The chair will create, recruit and oversee a committee that will provide marketing support for the organization
- Finance Committee: Oversees financial health of the organization
- Governance Committee: Oversees the overall effectiveness of programs, the Executive Director, and the governing body
- Home Projects Committee: Supports development of repair programs, special rebuilding day projects and program standards
- Resource Development Committee: Creates fundraising opportunities and drives community awareness to support program needs
- Volunteer Committee: Supports volunteer recruitment and training efforts
- Notes:
- Individuals may join a committee without serving on the board
- Individuals interested in board service will be asked to provide a brief resume or bio
- Board members are asked to join a committee
