Junior Volunteers must volunteer alongside their legal parent or guardian for the entire time they are on campus. Junior Volunteers do not do any animal handling tasks, due to limitations of insurance coverage for volunteers. Instead, Junior Volunteers engage in important support tasks as well as quality of life and enrichment tasks for our animals. Currently, we are only offering long term volunteer positions. Volunteers must commit to a minimum of 50 hours over the course of 6 months. If you are able to commit to all of the requirements, please go to Animalfoundation.com/volunteer/about-volunteering and see the section labeled "Requirements to Volunteer". Watch the New Volunteer Orientation and submit a Junior Volunteer application. Your parent or legal guardian needs to submit their own New Volunteer Orientation and an Adult Application. If you have any further questions, please email them to volunteer@animalfoundation.com! All best, TAF Volunteer Program Team
