Nevada Volunteers seeks an AmeriCorps Compliance Specialist for the AmeriCorps*State grant programs. Nevada Volunteers is a nonprofit organization and serves as the Governor’s Commission on Service with a goal to strengthen Nevada through AmeriCorps and Volunteerism.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Grants management, both programmatic and financial, required. Previous experience with national service programs a plus. Excellent computer (Microsoft Office programs) and communications skills required. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure independently, individually and in team settings. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple communities and in diverse settings is a must, as well as a demonstrated commitment to building collaborations. Flexibility regarding travel required. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a criminal history background check.
Compensation: This is a full-time, at-will, grant-funded position. Salary is negotiable depending on background and experience. Benefits package included.
