Nevada Volunteers is recruiting an AmeriCorps Program Officer. Nevada Volunteers, as the state commission, is responsible for administering and supporting AmeriCorps programs throughout the state.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Grants management, both programmatic and financial, required. Previous experience with national service programs a plus. Excellent computer (Microsoft Office programs) and communications skills required. Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure independently, individually and in team settings. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple communities and in diverse settings is a must, as well as a demonstrated commitment to building collaborations. Flexibility regarding travel required. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a criminal history background check.

Compensation: This is a full-time, at-will, grant-funded position. Salary is negotiable depending on background and experience. Benefits package included.
