2015 Governor’s Points of Light Award Recipients Announced

RENO/LAS VEGAS, October 8, 2015 — The 7 Award Recipients of the 2015 Governor’s Points of Light award were announced by Dale Erquiaga at the Annual Governor’s Points of Light Award ceremony hosted by Nevada Volunteers, the Governor’s Commission on Service, on Thursday, October 8th.

 

Award Recipients were selected by a panel of leaders in business, government, and nonprofits from across the state for the extent to which their volunteerism exemplifies achievement, need, innovation, mobilization and endurance. The Governor’s Points of Light Award is the highest honor bestowed for volunteerism.

The 2015 annual Governor’s Points of Light Award Recipients include:
